It's amazing what you find on the Internet when you're looking for something else! Spotted this in February 2023 while trying to track down more information about the Power Steel Limited 200 model that Zack Cruz had found.
It was sold Yahoo Auctions Japan in early 2022 and went for a ridiculously low price (even bearing the lack of hoops on that example) of 3900円 - about £25/$30! You might need a VPN to access the link depending on your location - I certainly did from the UK. There are some nice photos of it, but just like the Power Steel, zero further details.
Since the first example I found had no hoops, I did a bit more digging and found another listing on aucfan.com which clearly shows it came with Powerhoops.
I'm fully aware that this isn't badged as a Black Panther but come on, look at it and tell me it doesn't belong here.
Obviously if anything more comes to light I'll update this listing.
