Overview
Once more the Mapex Japan / Beyond Shimano collaboration produces a jaw-droppingly gorgeous snare. This time, the all-maple 14"x5.5" shell has a flame maple exterior ply, finished in what Shimano San calls a vintage oil "Bordeaux Wine" colour. The black hoops and gold lugs/strainer complement the finish perfectly. The snare is a 42-strand model, rather than the usual 20-strand.
Ignore the obviously used heads in the shots - they were just put on for trial purposes.

コラボレーションシリーズ！
硬質合板製のオールメイプルシェルです。エクステリアサイドにはAAAのFlame Maple。ヴィンテージオイル、ボルドーワインカラー。今回はシェル全面に塗装いたしました。渋めの仕上がりですが、鳴りは現代風にアレンジいたしました。下のスネアの完成系です。こんな感じですわ。上下のヘッドは試奏で中古ですので汚れています。若干スネアサイドのヘッドは伸び気味です。
