Overview
One more snare in the Mapex Japan / Beyond Shimano American Vintage series, this is a "brother from another mother" to the Bonnie Pink version that was produced at roughly the same time.
The flamed maple exterior of this all-maple shell has been finished in a natural lacquer, deliberately designed to mimic the aging process where the colour turns from reddish to yellow over time and the top clear coat thins out. The racing stripes that are a feature of this series have been left in the original natural maple colour.
Despite the vintage finish, Shimano San states that the snare produces an ultra-modern sound, again typical of the series.

こちらは先日作成したボニーピンク色と同じグループです。ナチュラルカラーですが経年経過によりナチュラルカラーがほんの少し赤味～黄色に変化してきた状態を再現、経年によるトップクリアーコートも薄くしました。相当マニアックな状態を再現しています。鳴りの方は超現代的なサウンドです。遠慮ぎみに見える２本のストライプもメイプルの生地色も色焼けを再現しました。確実に個人趣味の領域ですが、、、
