Overview
Another Thomann Special with rather sketchy specs that I'm doing my best to fill in.
This one appeared on the Into Music eBay store /website in November 2021, with no details apart from that it's maple, has die cast hoops and apart from a few marks on the head was in showroom condition. Not even a shell size. Looking at the Thomann "Blue" special edition however, I'm making an educated guess that this is a very similar 14"x6.5" maple shell with a Mapa Burl exterior, this time in what I'm calling a "Black" finish, primarily because I have no imagination. Or particularly good colour vision.
As with all these snares, if you have any further information, or better still you own one (it appeared to be sold by the time I spotted it, so someone got their hands on it!), please do get in touch.
