Overview

First shown in the 2007 USA Black Panther catalogue where it replaced the "Traditional Maple" model shown in the 2007 International Black Panther catalogue. Basically they are the same shell with a slightly different finish. 

Note: Confusingly, this is not the same model as the "Natural Maple" model shown in the 2006 catalogue, which had the Wax Natural finish and was renamed the "Traditional Maple" in the 2007 International Black Panther catalogue.
